We offer full refunds or store credit minus the shipping cost on any full priced items returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage is at your own cost unless there is a fault with the clothing item, in which case we will arrange postage at our cost.
If your product is faulty - the fault needs to be brought to our attention within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items are final. We unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale item purchased. So please choose carefully.
All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging, unworn with all tags attached.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Jubee & Co. reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Please note- If the product has not been washed as per washing instructions, we cannot offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
